Wear
Feel confident and look amazing. Hire your favourite pieces for 4 or 8 days, with Australia-wide delivery and local pickup available.
Return
Enjoy your moment, then simply return your gown by the due date. Local drop-offs are required by 2:00 PM on the due date. For online hires, your return postage is included and we take care of the dry cleaning.

We welcome walk-ins daily, while try-ons for couture gowns are by appointment only.

Hiring your dress is easy with our streamlined payment process. No bond is required for online orders, and every gown includes complimentary dry cleaning in the hire price.

Use our booking calendar to choose a delivery date that suits your event. For the best experience, we recommend selecting delivery 1–2 business days before you need to wear your dress.
Delivered Ready to Wear
Your chosen piece will arrive professionally cleaned, prepared, and ready for your occasion. If you prefer, you can also collect your order at no extra cost from our Sydney location.

Looking After Your Dress
Our pieces are delicate and should be worn with care. Please be mindful of bags, jewellery, and accessories that could pull, catch, or damage the fabric.

If the Fit Is Not Right
If your dress does not fit as expected, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, a credit note may be issued minus an applicable fee. Please see our FAQ for full details.
Return it
Return Your Dress
Once your hire is complete, place your garment back into the return satchel provided and send it back on the final day of your booking. If your hire period ends on a weekend, simply return it on the next business day using a yellow post box or your nearest post office.
Returning In Person
For local returns, your item can be dropped off at our Sydney store in Sefton 2161 before 2PM.
